Hi there!

In 2006, I left a career in the corporate/government world to move to Chico and I have created an uplifting salon space for the busy woman who wants beautiful hair and an upscale experience.

As a busy woman myself, I know your life can be hectic and your time is valuable. That is why I choose to only see one guest at a time and have incorporated luxury touches to your experience so that your salon visit is a welcome respite from your busy life rather than just another thing on your to-do list.

While most stylists offer a great first visit, I see my role as your stylist a bit differently. I work collaboratively with each guest by asking detailed questions about your hair, your preferences, and also your lifestyle so that we can create a look that will have you feeling beautiful, youthful, and confident whether you’re in the classroom, a Zoom meeting, or chillin’ at home on the weekend.

I first noticed my own white hairs when I was about 20 years old. Like my dad and his mother before him, I was totally “platinum” by the time I was 35. Like you, I want my hair to reflect my inner age and vitality, not necessarily what society thinks I should look like “at my age”!

I’m never going to be that stylist that is stuck in a different era of hair color and hair styles. I make good on that promise by traveling to in-person advanced hair color and hair cutting classes each year to keep current on the leading edge of science, chemistry and style.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me outside! I fell in love with all that Chico has to offer outdoors or just hanging out with friends at one of the great outdoor restaurants around Chico. Want to know what art camp or sailing class your kids can sign up for this summer? - I got you!
